The Tor Rey PPC-10/20, 10 lb x 0.002 lb NTEP "Legal for Trade" portion control scale is an excellent choice for your portion control weighing and comes standard with a foot pedal tare and remote Display doe ease of use. The PPC scale switches between pounds and kilograms at the touch of a button. It is also "Legal For Trade" and NTEP Approved making it a great choice for commercial applications. The PPC is AC/DC and has a rechargeable battery that ensures usability even when there is no outlet available to plug in to.

The Torrey PPC is durable has a stainless steel housing and platter that is simple to clean and is perfectly sized at 7 3/4" x 9 7/8" for weighing moderately sized products. The tare function is accessed thru a button on the keypad or a foot peddle and is perfect for adding individual ingredient or recipe portions due to its progressive operation and delivers repeatable results. Dimly lit areas are not a problem with the Torrey PPC due to the Backlit LCD Display.
