The Torrey Pro-Cut KMS-12, 12" Deli Slicer has a Gear Driven 1/3 HP, single phase motor and will accomodate all of your cold cut, meat, cheese and vegetable slicing needs consistently, quickly and easily. The KMS-12 has a 12" German Stainless Steel blade and will remain sharp utilizing the built in blade sharpener. The KMS was specifically designed for the Deli and Restaurant environment but is also has a small footprint allowing home kitchen use as well. The motor spins at 380 - 400 RPMs and will make quick work slicing consistently thru most products
The Pro-Cut KMS-12 has a true 45 degree gravity fed 10.6" x 9.3" product tray ensuring square uniform slices with the least amount of pressure.The KMS is robustly constructed anodized aluminum body with Stainless Steel components making quick work of the clean up process in between uses.
