The Torrey Pro-Cut KDS-12, 12" Deli Slicer has a belt driven 1/3 HP, single phase motor and will accomodate all of your cold cut, meat, cheese and vegetable slicing needs consistently, quickly and easily. The KDS-12 has a 12" Italian Chromium Steel blade and will remain sharp utilizing the built in blade sharpener. The KDS was specifically designed for the Deli and Restaurant environment but is also has a small footprint allowing home kitchen use as well. The motor spins at 430 RPMs and will make quick work slicing consistently thru most products
The Pro-Cut KDS-12 has a true 45 degree gravity fed 10.6" x 9.3" product tray ensuring square uniform slices with the least amount of pressure.The KDS is robustly constructed anodized aluminum body with Stainless Steel components making quick work of the clean up process in between uses.
