The Brecknell C3236-15 is a fully washdown, stainless steel scale that is ideal for various general-purpose weighing, check weighing, and portion control applications. It is designed for speed and efficiency, requiring minimal operator training, making it perfect for situations where accuracy in food preparation or portion control is essential. In General Weighing Mode, The C3236-15 scale features a clear, easy-to-read display, allowing operators to quickly view weight data before pressing tare between ingredients. In Check Weighing Mode, The C3236-15 is particularly suited for repetitive weighing tasks. It can be easily configured so that the operator can quickly determine if the weight falls within a specified tolerance, indicated by low, acceptable, and high annunciators, along with an audio alarm. The Brecknell C3236-15 has an Accuracy of 0.04% at full load and operates on a removable AC power adapter (included) and also has a built-in rechargeable lead-acid battery. The scale has a fast and easy-to-read 0.6" / 15 mm high red LED display, which includes easily visible low, acceptable, and high annunciators. With a food-grade 304 stainless steel housing and top pan, as well as IP68 (NEMA 4X) water ingress protection, the C3236 scale is easy to clean and ideal for use in most washdown environments.
