The Easy Weigh PX-30+, 30 lb x 0.005 lb Portion Control Scale is an AC/DC portable, portion control scale that is excellent for restaurants, deli's and pizza parlors when portion weighing individual ingredients in combined recipes. The PX-30 is utilizes a UV-Sealed keypad and a removable stainless steel platter that will accomodate most items and making easy work of cleanup and providing a sanitary environment.
The Easy Weigh PX has an ultra quick response, large and easy to read, 6 digit back-lit display. The PX-30+ also has 5 buttons for selecting G/N/T, Unit of Measure, Mode, Tare and Zero. The PX-30 is "Legal for Trade" and NTEP Approved for commercial applications in retail outlets (CC# 06-036).
The Easy Weigh PX-30+ can read in 7 units including lbs, oz's, kg's, grams, pcs as well as lb's/oz's and can run as long as 48 hours with the backlight and as long as 100 hours with the backlight turned off. Requiring minimal space, the small foot print of 13.4" x 12.6" allows the PX to be used in most areas and the mid sized 11.8" x 8.9" platter allows room for most products.
